Grading Plan Review
1. Since development at the site will disturb an acre or more, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is required. Submit a SWPPP and a signed NOI along with a completed ADEQ checklist showing how all requirements have been met.
2. Clearly dimension the PAAL near the southeast corner of the building to ensure that it is a minimum of 24 feet wide.
3. Clearly indicate that all accessible routs will have a maximum cross slope of 2 per cent. This can be done by labeling all routes or adding to keynote 3. See general note 22 on the development plan. This should also apply to the temporary asphalt path.
4. Clarify the work shown outside of the property lines and outside of the "Project Limits." Provide a copy of the authorization for off-site work from the affected property owner. Clearly show the limits of grading and improvements on the grading plan.
5. Provide roof drain locations and sidewalk scuppers as needed to keep sidewalks flood-free for up to a 10-year event.
6. Identify in the legend or by label the existing power poles near the eastern project boundary.
7. Clarify the reference in detail E on sheet 3. There is no figure 3 in the referenced development standard.
8. Clearly dimension the width of the striped crosswalk areas either in the plan view or in the details.
