Please address the following comments. The SWPPP will be approved when the grading plan is approved. 1. Remove title block elements that identify this as a City of Tucson Project. 2. Provide the correct administrative address for the project. 3. Indicate on the development plan and/or on the grading plan a reference to the recordings for the vacation of the access and utility easements. (Keynote 1) Also show how the no vehicle access easement has been vacated. (Keynote 19) 4. Clarify on the plan where the keynote indicates vertical curb and the section detail indicates an access ramp. 5. Check the keynotes to ensure that they are correct references. For example there is a keynote 14 that indicates the curb ends in the designated loading zone. 6. Check the references in the keynotes. Several notes refer to a non-existing sheet 4. 7. Provide representative spot elevations for the bottom of the water harvesting basins along the south property line. Show how the bottom of the basin will be constructed to allow for effective water harvesting along its whole length by providing intermediate berms or some equivalent method.
