Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan application or Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) at this time. The Drainage Report was reviewed for grading plan purposes only. Provide the signatures for all known parties under the certification sections, i.e. owner, contractor, etc. Since the owner of the project is known at this time they are required to sign the certification section of the SWPPP Report prior to DSD approval. 30) Part III.D.3: Include a copy of the completed NOI form that was submitted to ADEQ. The NOI submitted was not signed. A signed NOI for this project is required prior to DSD approval of the SWPPP. If the NOI has not been submitted to ADEQ at this time a copy of the signed document that will be forwarded to ADEQ will be accepted. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised grading plan and SWPPP report that addresses the comments provided above. Include all supplemental information with the next submittal for record keeping purposes. Include a comprehensive response letter addressing in detail responses to all of the above comments. Enclose "redlines" with the resubmittal package. For expedite purposes the grading plan can be reviewed over the counter (DSD Engineering Division comment only and with a pre-scheduled appointment made by the applicant) for stamp approval once all items have been addressed. However the grading plan must still be submitted to the Permit Counter once it has been stamped approved by all departments in order to digitize the grading plan and get it to our Records Department. The Grading Plan appears to be substantially the same as the approved site plan.
