Show intermediate berms or other mechanisms for maximizing the effective capacities of the basins. Provide estimated cut and fill quantities on the grading plan. Provide a detail or revise the plan view of the solid waste enclosure showing the required elements and dimensions. Include bollards along the side walls of the enclosure. Provide dimensions showing 10 feet of clearance between the bollards as well as between the rear wall bollards and the gate. Provide representative existing and proposed spot elevations and cross sections showing existing and proposed grades to establish that the project will be in compliance with the differential grading requirements of the grading development standard. Include the approved landscape plan with the grading plan so the effective integration of water harvesting and landscaping can be demonstrated. |
