The SWPPP report and exhibits must be signed and sealed by the engineer of record or by a Registered Landscape Architect, revise. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide 2 copies of the revised grading plan, 2 copies of the Hydrology Report and 3 copies of the SWPPP that addresses the comments provided above. Include a comprehensive response letter addressing in detail responses to all of the above comments. Enclose "redlines" with the resubmittal package.
