Engineering Division has approved the grading plan with the following conditions. Grading Plan: 1) Call for Pre-construction meeting, intermediate and final inspections. For a DSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or contact DSD Engineering at 837-4888, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 2) A copy of the Grading Plan and Grading Permit shall be kept at the site at all times, until final grading approval. 3) At property boundary, 2-ft offset is required. No construction activity is permitted on offsite parcels without a construction easement. 4) Dumpster enclosure shall have minimum 10-ft between rear bollards and enclosure gate. 5) Dust control methods shall be provided. 6) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding any right-of-way permit requirements. 7) There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved disturbance/grading limits. 8) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Contact DSD Engineering to discuss changes in grading design. 9) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact DSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. 10) As-built grading plan is required prior to request for final inspection approval. Also, any outstanding fees shall be paid. 11) The permitee shall notify the DSD when the grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all drainage improvements, and all erosion control measures have been completed, and all conditions of permit are completed. 12) Prior to request for final grading inspection approval, all erosion control improvements shall be installed and accepted by DSD including rock / established revegetation for all disturbed areas if not improved as per approved plan.
