The Grading Permit cannot be approved at this time. The Development Plan must be approved before the grading plan can be approved.

The Drainage Report and Stormwater Pollution Prevention plans are accepted for this project.
Based on the comments on the previous review, vertical curb was replaced with headers at all parking islands. The Land Use Code requires landscape islands to be protected from vehicular traffic with a physical barrier. The usual configuration is vertical curb with limited areas of depressed curb. Other barriers are also acceptable.
Once the development plan has been fully approved and signed by the CDRC manager, please re-submit the grading permit application with the associate documents. Ensure that any required changes to the grading plan that may be required by the approved Development Plan are reflected in the revised plans.

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The Development Plan has not been approved. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped Development Plan, Landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
