Improvements T08BU01073 Grading Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 18, 2008 1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. It appears that a Phased Grading plan maybe required. Zoning is unable to approve the rough grading plan until the Engineering and Landscape Review Sections have approved this plan. 3. Please clarify why a rough grading plan is only requested for lots 5, 6, 7, & 8. 4. Please clarify how access is to be provided to these parcels as the "EXIST. STABILIZED ACCESS ROAD" called out on the plan appears to connect into a road that does not exist. 5. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
