01/06/2009 JASON GREEN ENGINEERING REVIEW Approved Called WLB, John Holly, and spoke with them about Pauls comment #3 regarding the proposed loading zone access road through Basin 3. Neither the Geotechnical Report nor Drainage Report submitted address the access road through the basin nor does it provide the proposed design detail (SD WWM111) as shown on the plan. The basin is a retention basin and the road may pose an issue with percolation. The basin does have a bleed pipe but per the SD WWM111 the access road is to be compacted to 95% and built from a lime slurry mix which would slow perc rates. The civil engineer and drainage report must address this design to assure that no adverse impacts will happen within Basin 3 from the access road design. John stated that he would email a pdf letter stamped from the civil with this as a discussion. DSD will hold off on the plan review till DSD gets the letter if the letter is not submitted by the project due date it will be denied based on this comment. JG 1/7/9
