This plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC). 2. Provide a copy of the last approved site and grading plan with you next submittal. Zoning needs to verify that the proposed pool is within the existing grading limits. If the proposed pool is not with the existing grading limits a new grading plan maybe required, see engineering comments. 3.
