Engineering received 2 copies of the SWPPP and NOI forms June 3, 2008. Engineering recommends approval of the site plan dated 4/24/8, grading plan sealed 4/17/08, and building plans for issuance of a grading permit. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 13 conditions apply to the grading permit T08BU00842: 1) SIGNATURES FOR THE OPERATORS ON CERTIFICATION STATEMENTS MUST BE ON THE SITE COPY OF THE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) AT, OR BEFORE, COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. 2) A COPY OF THE GRADING PLAN AND GRADING PERMIT SHALL BE KEPT AT THE SITE AT ALL TIMES, UNTIL FINAL GRADING APPROVAL. 3) CALL FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING. FOR A DSD ENGINEERING INSPECTION, CALL IVR (740-6970), OR SCHEDULE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, OR CONTACT DSD ENGINEERING AT 791-5550 EXTENSION 2101, OR SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS ONLINE AT: HTTP://WWW.CI.TUCSON.AZ.US/DSD/ONLINE_SERVICES/ONLINE_PERMITS/ONLINE_PERMITS.HTML 4) TRAFFIC CONTROLS AND SIGNAGE IS REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED AND INSPECTED AT PRE-CON OR SWPPP INSPECTION BY DSD ENGINEERING.
