Zoning is willing to review the grading plan over the counter with an appointment once the plan is revised. 3. Label the maximum slope allowed for handicapped parking spaces and access aisle that serves the parking spaces. The maximum slope allowed per ANSI section 503.4 is 1:48 (2%). Label the slope on the handicapped parking space detail and access aisle. 4. Label the slopes for the sidewalks adjacent to the PAD 11 building. 5. A crosswalk is proposed from the driveway curb access ramp at the northwest corner of PAD 10. The crosswalk leads to the coner of the PAD but it does not apperar that a sidewalk temporary or other wise has been provided. D.G. is not an allowed surface material for sidewalks or access routes. Revise as required. |
