The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. | 09/19/2008 | JASON GREEN | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | DATE: September 19, 2008 SUBJECT: 6450 E Grant Road- 4th Engineering Review TO: Rick Engineering Company LOCATION: T14S R15E Sec06, Ward 2 REVIEWERS: Jason Green, CFM ACTIVITY: T08CM00751 (Site Plan) and T08BU00439 (Grading Plan) SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the revised site plan (T08CM00751), grading plan (T08BU00439), Drainage Report (Rick Engineering Company, 03MAR08, revised 09MAY08 and 06AUG08) and Geotechnical Evaluation (Western Technologies Inc., 02FEB05 addendum 24APR08 and 19MAY08) for the above referenced property. Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the site plan at this time. The grading plan application is still denied at this time until the stamped approved site plan is submitted for review. The Drainage Report was reviewed for site plan and grading plan purposes only. SITE PLAN COMMENTS: New Comment: Engineering acknowledges the approved Design Development Option (DDO). GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: The project was reviewed for grading plan purposes, however until the DDO and DSD stamped approved site plan is submitted the grading plan could not be shown to be in conformance with an approved plan. DRAINAGE REPORT: 23) Acknowledged. Due to the Geotechnical Report and the infiltration test provided (shows a drain down time greater than the allowed 12 hours) it will be required that prior to the final grading inspection the basin be scarified and all excess sediment removed so that the basin still has an optimal drain down time (This should take place prior to installation of the required landscaping). 24) Complied. 25) Complied. 26) Complied. The revised grading plan must be reviewed in house in order to digitize the revised plan and get it to our Records Department.
