Pantano Rd Grading Plan "As-Builts" T08BU00373(1st Review) T14S, R15E, Section 33 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan and Drainage Statement. The closure documentation / as-built package including the Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. A field visit was performed on October 2, 2009. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. It appears that in the area adjacent to the East side of the Gym at the northern most roof drain has been ponding. The rip-rap/spillway for the northern most roof drain shall be re-graded to achieve positive flow and to alleviate the ponding in that area. 3. The dirt area in between the East side of the Gym and the playground appears to have had a swale accepting stormwater from the North portion of the property. This portion of the swale shall be re-graded to insure positive flow. 4. There is evidence of stormwater pollution (silt) on the asphalt driveway south of the gym. The construction areas (dirt areas) east and south of the new gym shall be stabilized to minimize the stormwater pollution. 5. List administrative address/site address on plans. 6. List Site (T08CM00170) and Grading plan (T08BU00373) number on the plans. Drainage Statement: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DS. 2. A Drainage Statement is a brief description of drainage conditions applicable for a site which are not affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more……per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2. The DS must be submitted along with the as-built package resubmittal. 3. The content and format of the Drainage Statement should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.2. 4.
