The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could approve the grading plan until the site plan is approved. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. The provided grading plan does not match the provided site plan. The proposed sidewalks shown around the stairs located along the west side of the building and accessible ramps are not shown on the plan. The pedestrian circulation shown along the south end of the northwest parking area does not match the site plan. The handicapped ramp is not shown at the northwest corner of the building. Ensure that the grading plan matches the site plan. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan.
