TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 15, 2008

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could approve the grading plan until the site plan is approved. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

3. Show proposed transit improvements per the approved Speedway - Camino Seco to Houghton Road plans. Locate the proposed driveway out of the proposed transit improvements.

4. Near side SVT length is 345' per the Development Standards.

5. Show existing and proposed SVTs.

6. Max. driveway width = 35' per the Tucson Access Management Guidelines (TAMG). Max. width = 30' at property line per TAMG.

The drainage report is not approved. Provide the percolation testing and infiltration calculation(s) to show the retention basin(s) will drain within 12 hours.
