Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Provide a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the Grading Plan. 2. Complied 3. Complied 4. Complied 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 6. Revise slope for east fill slope to indicate terrace or benching, so that no more than 15' of slope run out is exposed. 7. Revise grading limits to include disturbance for driveway and east fill slope. 8. Provide detail for interception slope. 9. Revise allowable grading area to show 16% instead of 4% in calculation. 10.Slope exceeds acceptable grade without geotechnical report. A 1.4:1 slope is indicated on Site/Grading plan. Show 3:1 slope or provide geotechnical report showing recommended slope grades and setbacks from building to top of slope or retaining walls. 11. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
