Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the overlay application at this time based on the following: SCZ OVERLAY COMMENTS: Provide a revised SCZ Overlay plan that matches the revised site plan (T07CM02890). Per the last site plan comment letter the project along the southern portion of the site has been redesigned, the SCZ Overlay plan must be revised to accurately reflect all revisions to the site plan. Please provide the revised SCZ Overlay plan that addresses the comment above. Verify that all notes as shown on this submittal are on the revised SCZ plan. Ironwood Hill Drive, church TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 24, 2007 DUE DATE: December 26, 2007 COMMENTS: 1. In a December 5th meeting with the applicants, Ed Marley and Tim Smith, and Engineering staff Jason Green, staff was able to provide a preliminary 2nd review of the SCZ submittal. At that meeting date, a revised site plan was shown that effectively removes the parking lot at the south and to the west end of the development. Staff noted the SCZ notes appeared to be in place on the revised site plan. Please ensure the revised site plan meets all the criteria listed in the SCZ review requests from August, 2007. To further verify the SCZ requirements have been met with this revised site plan, please submit the revised site plan with all the SCZ notes to the CDRC office for distribution to the reviewers to evaluate. I will then check the revised site plan against the review comments done on the first SCZ review. 2. Please note that depending upon the responses provided on the resubmittal, further review comments may be forthcoming.
