The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Provide a break in edgeline striping and the center two-way left turn lane per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual (2002) Chapter 3-5. Show existing striping in plan view to establish location of striping break. 4. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet. 5. Indicate the following Paving Notes: q Pavement Section Design documentation, are in accordance to the approved Geotechnical Report, Report Name and Firm Name, Project Number. q The Engineer of Record shall submit for review of all changes to these plans and must be cleared and approved by the City of Tucson City Engineer's Permits and Codes Section, prior to construction. Additionally, the Engineer of Record shall certify all changes meeting all applicable standards, codes, and ordinances. q The PIA Inspector shall verify that the "Saw-cut" line is located within competent pavement. Adjustments to the plan shall be documented and As-built; a one foot minimum shall be provided. 5. All Easements, dedications, right-of-way should be depicted in plan view and labeled with recordation information (docket/page or plat book/page). See redlines for corrections. 6. Change the Cover sheet and Title block headings as per Sheet 1. Reflect the changes on Sheet 2. 7. Sheet 1, cover frame shall be shifted up at least .5 inches. 8. Sheet 2, Key Note #6; Indicate if the curb return is to be concrete header all the way through the entrance up to the property line. 10. Indicate a profile of the 8-foot Multi-Use Pathway. If alignment is identical to the 12-foot concrete pathway, indicate Stationing, Offset & Elevation every fifty feet in the Plan view. 11. Indicate Beginning, Ending and or various Points; Stationing, Offset from street centerline, and Elevation in Plan view for the 12-foot concrete pathway. 12. Indicate Beginning, Ending and or various Points; Stationing, Offset from street centerline, and Elevation in Plan view for the Saw-cut area. 13. Indicate Beginning & Ending; Stationing, Offset from street centerline, and Elevation in Plan & Profile views for the concrete headers. 14. Indicate Beginning & Ending; Stationing, Offset from street centerline in Plan view for the Barricade railing. 15. Plan Symbols and Abbreviations will be accepted only as per the PC/COT Standard Details for Public Improvement 2003 Edition. Use different line weights and line types to indicate Proposed or Existing structures. Existing structures must be shown with light color dashed lines. 16. Indicate the Street Centerline and Section line. Indicate symbol in Legend on cover sheet. 17. Pipe bedding shall conform to PC/COT Standard Detail 108. 18. Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched. 19. See redlines for additional corrections.
