1. Sheet 2 - Who will be responcible for the maintenance of the three grate inlet structures?
2. Sheet 2 - Detail 1 - With the roadway sloping towards Pad B, will the expected runoff be contained in the street? If not, vertical curb may provide increased containment.
3. Sheet 2 - Detail 1 - The 4.27' sidewalk seems to include the 2' wedge curb. This would make to proposed sidewalk only 2.27' wide.
4. Sheet 2 - Detail 1- This detail shows a planter. Will there be any proposed landscaping installed with this project? If so, please submit the landscape plan to Paul Rosenboom at 4004 S. Park Avenue, Bld #2 for review.
5. All work in the right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing landscaping and irriagtion.
