Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan.

1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

3. Install R1-1 (Stop Sign) with street names at the proposed roadway entering this development off of Wilmot Road per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 5-11, 5-12, and Chap 9-2.

4. Install R2-1 (25MPH Speed Limit Sign) at the proposed roadway entering this development off of Wilmot Road per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 9-10.

5. Parking is not allowed in cul-de-sacs from PRC to PRC. So indicate on the plans by showing no parking signs on the plans. (DS 3-01.0 fig 20) (straight cul-de-sac)

6. Sheet 2 of 9, Revise the general signing note #1 to reflect the current MUTCD edition (2003 Edition).

7. Provide a detail of the No Parking sign to be used. If needed refer to the attached drawing provided with the Traffic Engineering red line drawings.

8. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet.

2. Boundary survey info needs to be stamped by a registered land surveyor.
3. Who will be responcible for the maintnenace of the concrete drainage channel and the basins?
4. You need to call out saw cutting the existing pavement on Wilmot where your project will tie in.
5. Will any landscaping installed be maintained by the Home Owners Association?
6. Contour elevations would be helpful on the drainage basin detail sheet.
