| 12/27/2007 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenace signature block. 2. Boundary survey info needs to be stamped by a registered land surveyor. 3. Who will be responcible for the maintnenace of the concrete drainage channel and the basins? 4. You need to call out saw cutting the existing pavement on Wilmot where your project will tie in. 5. Will any landscaping installed be maintained by the Home Owners Association? 6. Contour elevations would be helpful on the drainage basin detail sheet. No further comments. |
