3. Indicate Saw-cut area with a hatch or shaded symbol. See redlines.

4. Sheet 2, Indicate the Docket & Page recording for the "New 15' Water Easement."

5. Sheet 3, Indicate the Docket & Page recording for the "Pedestrian Access Easement."

6. This comment was not addressed - Sheet 3, Call out the New Right of way as per RES-2007-011. Remove verbiage, "Existing Right of way."

7. Sheet 4, Detail 4 does not reflect the side slope information as noted on Sheet 2. Hinge points of cut and fill slopes must have a minimum setback of two feet from right-of-way.
