Sheet 1, General Note #31; indicate the Floodplain Use Permit No._______. Correct and revise. 7. 6-foot wide sidewalk is to be installed along Kolb Road and 22nd Street. Correct and revise. 8. Sheet 2, All existing handicap ramps on Kolb Rd. & 22nd St. are to be in compliance with A.D.A. guidelines. Correct and revise. 9. Sheet 2, the proposed southern 25' driveway opening does not meet Transportation Access Management Guidelines. The distance allowed between proposed and existing curb cuts is 80 feet, relocate driveway opening. The allowable curb return radii for this area is 25 feet. Correct and revise. 10. Sheet 2, Indicate the Docket & Page recording for the "New 15' Water Easement." 11. Sheet 3, Call out the New Right of way as per RES-2007-011. Remove verbiage, "Existing Right of way." 15. Verify that all Construction Notes are reflected graphically to the correct symbol noted in the Plan view. Sheet 2, Construction Note # 18 is unacceptable. Correct Note #13. Construction Notes should be the same on all sheets. Correct and revise. 16. Construction Note #5 is not acceptable. All new construction shall match existing conditions. 17. Construction Note #6 shall indicate; Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched. 18. Sheet 4, Detail 3 does not reflect the side slope information as noted on Sheet 2. Hinge points of cut and fill slopes must have a minimum setback of two feet from right-of-way. Slopes greater than 4:1 and deeper than 2 foot requires barricade railing. 19. Sheet 4, Only indicate the proposed drainage structures as per the Drainage Report. Remove existing details unless they are to be modified. 20. A dimensioned detail for each type of curb access ramp to be built as part of the project must be shown. Truncated Domes required. 21. See redlines for additional corrections. Ortiz PE, Traffic Engineer Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet. 4. With the modification of the curb line and sidewalks will modification to the existing signing and striping be required? If so indicate modifications in the plan set. 5. The plans along 22nd Street call out 61' of ½ ROW, but COT Major Streets and Routes Map call out for 75 ½ ROW. Please clarify. 6. Ensure that all access points have 25' radius curb returns. (DS 3-01.0 figure 6) 7. The COT Transportation Access Management Guidelines 5.4 requires a minimum driveway separation of 80' along any major-street and route such as 22nd St and Kolb Rd, therefore the eastern access point along 22nd St and the southern access point along Kold Rd need to be modified/relocated.
