The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Submit Geotechnical Report supporting the proposed pavement structural section for Red Colt Road. The drainage report submitted does not address the pavement design. 2. Sheet 5: Indicate the placement of a vertical curb (6" reveal) at back of ramp on Curb Access Ramp detail. 3. Sheet 2: Clarify how the existing pavement edge will transition into the proposed curb on 22nd Street. Provide stationing of the start of the transition. 4. Sheet 5: Provide a standard curb knuckle per Development Standard 3-01.6.2.C. 1.F. The back of wedge should be parallel to the property line along the curb knuckle on Red Colt Road. 5. Show and label all existing utility infrastructure (poles, cabinets pull boxes, etc.) within the public right-of-way and indicate as to their disposition if encroaching. There are existing power poles and utility cabinets along the 22nd street that are not shown in the plan view. 6. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
