04/20/2009 LANCE PETERSON DOT STREET MAINTENANCE REVIEW Approved We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments:

1. Sheet 3 fo 5, STA 16+75 - This area shows rip rap but does not have a D-50 and a thickness. Also the rip rap needs to be placed over a filter fabric.
2. Sheet 4 of 5, STA 15+10 - This area calls out a new scupper but does not show any erosion control at the back of the scupper. Please call out the D-50 and thickness of the material. Also, this should be placed over filter fabric.
3. - Sheet 5 of 5 - Rip rap is called out but typically the thickness is 2 times D50. Please verify what you have called out is adequate. Also, the rip rap should be placed over filter fabric.

No further comments.
