Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan.

1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

3. Provide appropriate notes from the list of general notes for pavement marking located in 2-1 of the PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual.

4. Re-stripe the dual left turn lane and shoulder along 22nd St at the access point into this development per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual (2003) Chapter 3-5 and 4-2.

5. Show existing striping in plan view to establish tie in points for the proposed striping.

6. Install R1-1 (Stop Sign) with street names at the proposed roadways entering this development off of 22nd St and Bonanza per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 5-11, 5-12, and Chap 9-2.

7. Install R2-1 (25MPH Speed Limit Sign) at the proposed roadways entering this development off of 22nd St and Bonanza Ave per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 9-10.

8. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet.

6. All work in the right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-3154 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing landscaping and irrigation.

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Include Book and Page on cover sheet.

2. Include the plan number "I-2007-039" in title block of each sheet.

3. Submit Geotechnical Report that supports proposed pavement structural sections.

4. Sheet 1: Provide a North arrow for the index map

5. Remove contour lines from plan views.

6. Remove shading from profile views.

7. Only show one-foot vertical lines in profile views.

8. Label all roadway cross slope transitions in the profile view.

9. Indicate vertical scale for the profile views.

10. Indicate sheet for cross section references.

11. Correct curb access ramp detail references in construction note five.

12. Provide vertical curves where the algebraic difference in grade exceeds one (1) percent. The minimum desirable vertical curve length is one hundred (100) feet.

13. Sheet2: Locate proposed sidewalk east of Red Colt Road on 22nd Street 3' north of the projects southern property line. See redlines.

14. Sheet 3: Show all existing roadway infrastructure and utilities in plan view.

15. Sheet 4: Provide additional curb access ramps as depicted on red line plans.

16. Sheet 4: The sidewalk scupper shown at Sta. +/- 15+20, RT (Red Colt Road) has not been addressed in the submitted drainage report. Please provide a drainage report addendum addressing this scupper.

17. Sheet 4: Provide a standard curb knuckle Per Development Standard Sec. 3-01.10.0.Fig. 22 on Red Colt Road.

18. Provide a sidewalk scupper detail for the proposed scupper located at Sta. +/- 11+15, LT (Red Colt Road)
