PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, Permits and Codes Section

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and recommends tentative approval of the PIA Plan set. The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylar plan set.

1. Sheet 4: Indicate the placement of a survey monument at the intersection of Rita Tech Place and Rita Road and label Rita Tech Place.

2. Sheet 7, Detail A and D: Show the proposed onsite drainage channel along Rita Road.
