11/28/2007 | RICHARD LEIGH | DOT ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | November 27, 2007 SUBJECT: Target Fulfillment center West , PIA Plan T07PI0024 PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, Permits and Codes Section RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Indicate the limits for any for any proposed barricade railing. 2. The roadway names listed on plan set do not correspond with approved tentative plat. Verify and correct. 3. Provide a curb access ramp opposite of the access ramp at the northeast or northwest corner of Rita Tech Place and Target Way. 4. Provide vertical curves for roadway grades, which have an algebraic difference greater than 1%. The minimum desired vertical curve length is 100 feet. 5. The approved drainage report indicated the placement of (3) 36" RCP storm drains at Sta. 14+95.45 Target Way while only two are proposed in the paving plans. Clarify the discrepancy. 6. Who will be responsible for the maintenance for the basin equalizer pipes across Rita Park Place and Target Way? If the development will be responsible for the pipes, indicate it on plan view. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 837-6647 or at Richard.Leigh@tucsoz.gov |
