The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the recordation information of the recording instrument for the project on cover sheet. 2. Include the plan number "I-2007-034" in title blocks. 3. Include the Development Services activity number "T07PI00024" on cover sheet. 4. Submit the hydraulic analysis for sizing the proposed drainage structures (Pipe culverts, box culverts, sidewalk scuppers, roadway capacities and scour protection) for review. All the proposed drainage structures have not been addressed in the submitted drainage report. 5. Submit a copy of a geotechnical engineering report supporting the proposed pavement structural section with next submittal. 6. Provide a dimensioned detail of each type of proposed curb access ramp in plan set. Additionally, indicate the use of truncated domes as the detectable warning device. 7. Provide complete details for the proposed drainage structures include inverts, slopes, skew, pipe class, dimensions and Etc. 8. Has the lighting plan for the proposed Luminaries been reviewed and approved by the City of Tucson, Street and Traffic Maintenance Electric Shop? Reference lighting plan number in paving plan set. 9. Label common areas adjacent to the proposed roadways. 10. Sheet 2: Provide complete left and right profile views for Rita Tech Place. 11. Sheet 3: Indicate the grades of the left and right gutter in the profile view. 12. Sheet 5 Detail E and F: Provide headwalls for the proposed pipe crossings. 13. Provide a dimensioned detail of the proposed sidewalk scupper with appropriate cross sections. 14. Indicate the placement of barricade railing per PC/COT Standard Detail 105 at the pipe and box culvert crossings. 15. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details. 16.
