See redlines. 5. Construction Note #16, all sheets; add the word Match between Join and Exist. See redlines. 6. The last 3 sheets, S1, S2 & S3 should be numbered in a continuous format. Each sheet should have a number. Ex: Sheet 12 of 14. See redlines. 7. Sheet 5; label basin 1. See redlines. 8. Sheets 5 & 7; requires a wedge curb to a vertical curb transition. Callout standard detail to be used. See redlines. 9. Sheet 7; plan calls out a profile view for the basin with the 3-24" RCP to be shown on Sheet 11. The detail is not shown on Sheet 11. Indicate detail. See redlines. 10. Sheet 7, Indicate a cross section detail of basin. See redlines. 11. Sheet 7, Provide a dimensioned cross section detail of Paradise Cove and Mermaid Cove showing Std. Dtl. 313 with barricade railing and indicate wing elevations, widths, lengths, depths, pipe inverts for each structures. 12. Sheet 8, Construction Note #23 calls out Std. Dtl. 310 to be constructed. Indicate the wing length. On the Plan view, delineate the side the wing is to be placed on from the grate. The proposed drainage structure does not coincide with the approved drainage report. 13. Drainage Report, page 19; proposes for CP.5.3a & 5.3b: Modified Type 1 Catch Basins W/2 EF-1 Grates On Grade, HW = 0.45'. This is Std. Dtl. 307. This does not coincide with what is being proposed on the PIA plans. 14. Per my comments # 12 & 13, it is unclear which drainage structure is being proposed. Correct and revise. 15. Sheet 9, Sewer Line "A" view; Callout symbol has incorrect sheet number. See redlines. 16. Sheet 10, Details 1 & 2; the proposed 9.5 foot sidewalk area from edge of pavement (face of curb) to property line (right-of-way) does not coincide with Detail 9 proposed sidewalk area of 11foot. Correct and revise. See redlines. 17. Sheet 10, Detail 11a; 2% maximum slope is the requirement for sidewalk area with the handicap ramp. See redlines. 18. Sheet 10, Detail 13; Graphically depict the typical channel section CP#'s X1.0 thru X5.0. See redlines. 19. Sheet 11, Detail 2; provide Toe-down. Extend below calculation scour depth. Indicate the % compaction for road subgrade and earthen channel. See redlines. 20. Sheet 11, Details 4 & 5; add NOTE: Refer to structural plans. See Sheets 12 - 14. 21.
