1. Please include a detail letter of explanation with the next submittal indicating where and how revisions were made. Single word responses are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal.

2. Cover sheet, Maps and Plats, Book and Page should be noted on cover sheet of subdivision street improvement plans. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval.

3. Sheet 4, Indicate the Book & Page recorded information of the final plat for the 20' Drainage Easement.

4. All proposed details shown in plan set must reference a Standard Detail number from the City of Tucson/Pima County Standard Details for Public Improvements, 2003 Edition. Indicate if details are modified. See redlines.

5. Second time comment not addressed; Sheet 7, Provide Headwalls & Barricade Railing for the one 24" RCP in the roadways of Paradise Cove Drive & Mermaid Cove Drive at Hermans Road. Provide a dimensioned detail of Std. Dtl. 313 with barricade railing and indicate wing elevations, widths, lengths, depths, pipe inverts for each structure.

6. Construction Note #20, indicate the width of the dedicated PUE.

7. Graphically depict Construction Note #21 in Plan view. Indicate Sheet number in your response.

8. Sheets 3 through 11, Profile; Indicate the street slope for the Left and Right sides. See redlines.

9. Sheet 4, Station 12+10.46, 12.30L calls out Construction Note 11 in the plan view and Construction Note 10 in the profile view. Correct. See redlines.

10. Sheets 4 through 8; Identify and label the two different Hatched areas. Indicate the different Hatched symbols in Legend of Cover sheet.

11. Previous comment: Sheet 8 & 9; Provide a dimensioned detail of the handicap ramp adjoining Hermans Road. Show how one side is vertical curb and the other side is wedge curb. See redlines.

12. Sheet 11, Detail 2; the 8 foot Pedestrian area/shoulder along the strip pavement requires a 2-foot minimum buffer from top of slope. See redlines.

13. Construction Note 10 calls out Standard Detail 307 and references Detail 1 on Sheet 2 as well for Construction Note 11 calls out Standard Detail 307 and references Detail 4 on Sheet 11. These two modified Catch Basins do not match up with the proposed RCP's shown on Sheet 8. This information must coincide with the drainage report. Please check all proposed drainage structures are to built correctly.

14. Comment not addressed from previous review. Provide a dimensioned detail for "Saw-cut, Trim, Tack & Join".

15. Sheet 7, Indicate the Saw-cut Left & Right offsets and elevations. See redlines.
