Reminder, Maps and Plats, Book and Page should be noted on cover sheet of subdivision street improvement plans. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. 3. Reminder, Indicate All Easements, dedications, right-of-way should be depicted in plan view and labeled with recordation information (docket/page or plat book/page). Apply this information where there is an Easement of any kind or where it reads "Dedicated by Final Plat". Correct and revise. See redlines for additional corrections. 4. Sheet 2, General Notes - add this note: Pipe bedding shall conform to PC/COT Standard Detail 108. 5. Sheet 3, Curb Knuckle inside radius is to be 25' and parallel with the Property line. Sidewalk area is to have the same continuous curvature. Correct. See D.S. 3-01.10.Figure 22 6. Sheet 3, Indicate the handicap ramp opening along left curb line in Profile. Indicate % Slope. 7.
