SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: ELEVATION CERTIFICATE

1. This structure was built in 2005 therefore should be in compliance with the City of Tucson Floodplain ordinance. This development contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete an Elevation Certificate and is returned to the Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering Division prior to approval of the pre-slab inspection and the final inspection. Both of the original elevation certificates must be returned to the DSD Engineering Division After researching it has been discovered that the structure has not had certified verification on if the required finish floor elevation has been met. Because of this the site is in violation with the City of Tucson Floodplain ordinance. To rectify the violation a complete elevation certificate by a registered land surveyor must be returned to the Development Services.
