To schedule a time please call at 837-4936. 1. Add a general note to the plan that the entire property lies within City of Tucson Regulatory Flood Hazard Area. DS 2-02.2.1.A.15. 2. In a general note provide the water surface elevation and include the datum. The water surface elevation is 2427.4' and the datum used for this elevation is NAVD 1988. DS 2-02.2.1.A.15. 3. The required finish floor elevation is 2428.4'. Add a note to the plan providing the required FFE and the datum (NAVD 1988). 4. Provide a general note on the site plan that this development contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete an Elevation Certificate and is returned to the Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering Division prior to approval of the pre-slab inspection and the final inspection. Both of the original elevation certificates must be returned to the DSD Engineering Division. |
