APPLICANT: Hans Nielsen The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson property described as (legal description): N143.25' S390.75' E77' W1330' SW4 .25 AC SEC 30-13-14 1. This permit is for the purpose of a Manufactured Home installation within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-1639K, effective date February 8, 1999. 2. The proposed structure is impacted by the regulatory floodplain. For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2361.1 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2362.1 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) The bottom of the lowest structural member and all attached equipment of the manufactured home must be elevated to the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). All service utilities, machinery, equipment (i.e. furnaces, water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioners and their associated equipment, including all electrical equipment), must be elevated to the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). An Elevation Certificate completed and certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor or Arizona Registered Professional Civil Engineer must be returned to Development Services Department, Engineering Division, on the first floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Avenue prior to any final inspection. 3. Establishment of BFE per the Hydrology Report prepared for the applicant by John M. Wallace, P.E., of JE Fuller/Hydrology & Geomorphology, Inc. dated 6/28/06. 4. Any additional improvements, including block walls, fences or pools, will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit prior to construction. |
