IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Please correct the address on the larger building to read: "610 North 9th Avenue,", not 610 North 9th Street.
2. Applicant shall take out a separate permit for 50 West 5th Street, for the new interior panel, and for the service upgrade. Same set of plans may be used.
3. Address grounding at 610 North 9th Street. Reference NEC 260.32.
4. Panel L2 can not be a MLO panel unless a separate disconnecting means is called for at this feeder to the building. Reference NEC 225.31.
5. On Sheet E0.2, it appears that Keynote 5 on the plans should read Keynote "3."
6. Please identify all equipment according to the attachment to the letter from Mickey A. Barker of May 30, 2008. This letter will be submitted to DSD records upon permitting for construction.
7. If the Electrical Engineer determines that all or part of this building needs to be classified, please specify all pertinent equipment and wiring methods.
8. Equipment 12A, a 20A piece of equipment, is protected by a 20A breaker. Not a Code issue, but there could be nuisance tripping.
9. Equipment 7a, 7b, and 8 are on Panel L3 according to the Electrical Plan. Please correct this to read "L2".
10. Panel L3 is 150A according to the One Line Diagram, 200A on the panel schedule, and 300A on the Electrical Load Summary. Please clarify.
11. Panel L2 is 300A according to the Electrical Load Summary and One Line Diagram, and 200A on the panel schedule. Loads for branch circuits were checked using NEC Tables 430.150 and 430.148, depending on the HP rating of the motor, and overall values appear to be higher than indicated on panel schedules and load calculations, even with the subtraction of the Non-Coincident loads. A 300A panel is needed.
12. These comments constitute electrical review only. Applicant shall contact LeeRay Hanley for a Certificate of Occupancy.
