1. Minimum font size 1/8".
2. Add equipment grounding conductor on plans, if this is to be installed.
3. Make the following note on the plans: "Verify grounding at Second Building. Verify no N-G bond per NEC 250.32 (B) (1)."
4. Specify where Rigid Steel and where PVC were used, not just the EMT.
5. Specify depth of conduit fill.
6. Put correct building designations on panel listing.
7. EM does not appear to be a listed conduit type. Do you mean EMT?
8. Load calculations apply to residential, not commercial. However, if the little building is has a 60A Main, does not currently have any problems with breakers tripping, and the intent is to provide a 70A circuit, further demonstration of electrical load is not necessary for the feeder. And if the Electrical Service Panel only will have 2-70A 2-P breakers and 1-30A 2-P breakers, this 200A service could not be overloaded.
9. Show the size of the 60A Main on the plans.
10. Document fault current rating of panel to be replaced. New panel shall meet or exceed this rating.
