3. Short circuit calculation, with a utility available fault current of 22,000A for this 400A commercial single-phase service, is based upon an underground secondary of at least 45' in length. The underground secondary on the plans scales out to be about 15'.
4. Short circuit calculation uses a 145' utility secondary length. The underground secondary on the plans scales out to be about 15'.
5. Short circuit calculation assumes AFC to be at the utility transformer. Per TEP SR-510 single phase available fault currents are given at the line terminals of the metering equipment.
6. It appears that this submittal is the same as the drawings reviewed 12/21/07.
