(I have included the water supply to the oven as 1 fixture unit.) In addition, the HW and CW drops to the hand sinks would be counted as 1.5 fixture units (3/4 of the total fixture units for the fixture; see footnote 3, Table 6-5, UPC 2006). [The submitted water pressure calculations do not support the size of water piping to the fixtures. Reference Section 610.1, UPC 2006.]
2. Clarify the location of the vented flow control device provided for the hydromechanical grease interceptor. Per Section 1014.2.1, UPC 2006 it shall be readily accessible and per the manufacturer's instructions, it should be as close as possible to the underside of the fixture. Reference Section 310.4, UPC 2006.
