Please note that the area for application of the Tucson Lighting Code is 0.362 acre, not 0.394, for a total of 108,609 allowed FCO lumens, not 118,275. 3. Registered Structural Engineer shall provide calculations and detail for lighting pole and foundation. Please coordinate this with other disciplines. 4. Labeling at Single Line Diagram indicates that fuses protect the loads, but the symbol used more closely resembles that of a circuit breaker. Please clarify, and revisit Ground Fault and Short Circuit Protection for the ½ HP motors and 5 HP Air Compressor. 5. Clarify the load on the secondary of XFMR T2. 6. Please specify the Main Bonding Jumper size at the service disconnect as 400 MCM. Reference NEC 250.28 (D). 7. Gas Dryer is specified at 100A on Sheet M01. Electrical calls for a 22A Dryer on the line diagram. Please clarify. 8. Provide dimensions on area classification at skid. 9. Specify the exact conduit type intended for that which is run underground below classified locations. Reference NEC 514.8. 10. In the notes pertaining to Sealing and Drainage on Sheet E01, please specify that listed seals be provided in each dispenser conduit run. Reference NEC 514.9 (A). 11. Provide for means to disconnect dispenser grounded conductors simultaneously with the phase conductors. Reference NEC 514.11 (A). 12. Add the E-STOPS to the dispensers and exterior skid wall on the Power Plan Sheet E05, which are indicated on Sheet M04, E-STOPS, Fire Extinguisher, & Signage Plan. Reference NEC 514.11 (C). 13. Provide the means to remove all external voltage sources, including feedback, during maintenance. NEC 514.13. 14. Provide detailed specifications for any circuit breakers and motor controllers in the Class I Division 2 area. Reference NEC 501.115 (B). 15. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 501.125 (B). Suggest cut sheets of equipment. 16. Note 2 on Sheet E05 refers to Sheet E09 for location of conduit stubouts. This is not clear on Sheet E09. 17. Note 12 on Sheet E01 specifies an elevation for pole bases with respect to the 100 year flood level. If flood plain issues are a concern, provide drawings which call out these levels, and consider the effects of such levels on such equipment as the electrical service, the switchboard, and the skid equipment. 18. Add the following note to the lighting plans: "Special Inspection required per Tucson Lighting Code Section 16." Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration.
