This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the revisions made to the plans. 2. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 Per D.S. 2-09.5.1.B A minimum thirty-six. (36) inches will be provided between a bicycle parking space and a perpendicular wall or other obstruction measured from the end of the bicycle rack to the perpendicular wall (Figure 9). This said, on detail A9 sheet AS102, the dimension shown from the mid-point of the bicycle rack does not meet this requirement. Show the dimension from the end of the rack to the wall. 3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12 Per D.S. 2-08.3.1 Within all development, a continuous pedestrian circulation path/accessible route is required. This path/route must connect all public access areas of the development and the pedestrian circulation path located in any adjacent streets. This said, the proposed step, located along the west side of the proposed building, does not meet the requirements for an accessible route to the pedestrian circulation path along 15th Avenue. 4.
