This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the area of the park expansion only. 2. Zoning acknowledges the provided copy of the Lease Agreement Second Amendment, unsigned. The lease agreement area is still not clearly indicated on the plan. There is a line that appears like a property line which may have been the original lease agreement. This line needs to be modified to include the parking. 3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8 On the angled handicapped vehicle parking space detail provide the "A" Parking Angle, "C" Space Depth, and "E" Curb Length, see attached LUC 3.3.7.2 Motor Vehicle Parking Space Dimensions. Ensure that these dimension meet the minimum requirements of LUC Table 3.3.7.I, see attached. 4. This comment was not fully addressed. Provide a detail that includes the materials for lighting, fully dimensioned layout. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 Show the required off-street bicycle parking location on the plan. Provide a detail that includes the materials for lighting, paving, and security; fully dimensioned layout; location; specific type of rack and the number of bicycles it supports; and the location and type of directional signage if required. 5. This comment was not addressed. Please clarify what "NEIGHBORHOOD RECREATION "6" is for. The correct development designator is "12" subject to Sec. 3.5.13.2 and Sec. 3.5.13.3.D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.31 Provide the existing and proposed use on the plan. The development designator shown on the plan is incorrect. Per LUC Sec. 2.3.4.2.E.1 and Sec. 2.3.5.2.E.1 the development designator for Neighborhood Recreation is "12" subject to Sec. 3.5.13.2 and Sec. 3.5.13.3. 6. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
