This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2006 International Residential Code, 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, and Arizona State amendments to the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. All engineers and architects involved in the design of the structure are to seal the related sheets of plans, details and calculations in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Technical Registration. I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: " Provide two copies of the corrected set of drawings (no clouds or revision numbers please) along with a set of the first submission (cloud corrections on this set please). All corrections and revisions shall be made on original tracings or finished reproducible set. Pen or pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets. II. SITE PLAN: " Clarify North arrows (4 provided). III. FOUNDATION PLANS: " All exterior framed walls require continuous concrete footings min. 12"wide x 12" below grade with treated sill plates and anchor bolts per R319.1 & R403.1.6 (including carport and porch enclosures). IV. STRUCTURAL PLANS: " Provide additional information for exterior stairway to include but not limited to: applicable footings, treated lumber, landing support (3 posts?), and flashing at roof connection, R301.1, R311. " Specify roof framing members and spacing over existing porches to be enclosed, 106.1. V. ELEVATIONS: " Specify roofing type, grade of materials, and method of installation, R905. " Clarify roof pitch (3:12, 4:12). VI. SECTIONS - DETAILS: " Provide cross section details for exterior framed walls to include but not limited to: wall and ceiling coverings, height above grade, and cavity insulation, R319. VII. PLUMBING PLAN: " Provide a complete plumbing plan to include but not limited to: water distribution layout, water service line sizes and entrance locations, water meter size, and complete fixture unit schedules, UPC Table 6-6. VIII. MECHANICAL PLAN: " Provide an equipment specification list, M1302.1. " Clarify exhaust fan requirements (two different units specified). IX. OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE " Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. " Provide cut sheets for all FCO fixtures showing the angle of cutoff, light emissions and fixture wattage.
