IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Provide panel and circuit number for all new electrical loads. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 5/6/08. No such information has been provided for the New Heat Pump.
2. Circuits C12 and C16 are lighting circuits, not power. Please correct panel schedule nomenclature per NEC 408.4.
3. Circuit C12 has both existing and new loads, not just existing. Correct panel schedule.
4. Provide disconnecting means for new heat pump. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 5/6/08. Show this location ON THE PLANS.
5. The methodology for load calculations is for dwelling units, not commercial. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 5/6/08. Multiplier of 50% not valid.
6. Please note that Track Lighting should be counted at 125%, as this is anticipated to be a continuous load.
7. If this is the Heat Pump specified on Sheet M1, then its MCA is 42.3A for a total of 10152 VA, not 5712.
8. If the Existing AC on Ckt 5,7 is being reused for the new HP, indicate so on the panel schedule.
9. Add the New Water Heater, Exterior Lighting, EF, and Laundry Room equipment to the Load Calculations.
10. American Standard HP specification calls for a 60A fuse. This must be provided.
11. Demonstrate that no phase of the panel is overloaded. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 5/6/08.
12. Fixture A appears to be an unshielded fixture. It is being treated as a shielded fixture in the Outdoor Lighting Calculation. Please clarify.
13. Clarify source type for Lighting Fixture B. Must comply with 2006 IECC, Section 505.6.
14. Since this is a change of occupancy, demonstrate compliance with the 2006 IECC for both interior and exterior lighting.
15. Provide TEP Available Fault Current.
16. Provide fault current rating of new equipment.
