THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE FIRST REVIEW. There is still less than 45' on the TEP secondary. TEP AFC refers to the current available at the metering equipment for single phase customers. See SR-510. 2. Rating of equipment is 22K minimum according to Power Riser Diagram, but Series rated notes specifies 65K/10k. Please clarify. 3. Detail and calculations for pole and foundation shall be prepared and sealed by a Registered Structural Engineer. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE FIRST REVIEW.
