While it is not a guarantee that providing the list will allow an approval for this TI it is a necessary document to allow Zoning to determine what the next step or option will or should be. While it appears that there may be adequate parking areas and spaces to the north of the building, the parking is not leasable from Carmax. The existing parking is required parking for the Carmax use. The Carmax use is providing only one excess parking space and it is my understanding that they are not in the position to lease parking spaces. Without the required number of parking spaces available to approve the proposed restaurant use this TI cannot be approved at this time. |
