PLEASE CALL AT 520.837.4907 OR EMAIL AT Linda.Buczynski@tucsonaz.gov IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS. 1. "Provide fault calculations for New Sub-Panel B." THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE PREVIOUS SUBMITTAL. The City of Tucson does not permit the use of let-through characteristics of a line side overcurrent protective device to attenuate fault current for panels. Please note that TEP publishes its Available Fault Current at the secondary terminals of its own transformer for three phase service from a pad mounted transformer. This may help in your fault calculations. Also please note that if the existing panel as documented is rated for 10-KAIC, and if the plans were properly engineered and permitted, it is likely that a rating of its sub-panel is OK at 10-KAIC. 2. Circuit A-3 powers a receptacle on the plans. This is a spare on the panel schedule. Please clarify. 3. Arizona State Board requires the revisions to sealed plans have the date and nature of such revisions indicated on the plans. Revision 1, Revision 2, and Revision 3 are all not dated. So the Plans Examiner will not know which revisions are to be noted when the plans are ready for approval. Please clarify this, and present a set of the approved plans for reference. |
