1. It appears that Ckt A-1 is being used twice, once for Freezer #1, and once for general receptacles in the bathroom and existing storage. Please clarify.
2. It appears that Ckt A-7 is being used twice, once for Freezer #4, and once for general receptacles at the existing counter. Please clarify.
3. The two Blender circuits, A-30 and A-36, have different volt-ampere counts. Circuit A-30 at 1560VA, appears to be correct.
4. Electrical Keynote #1 and annotation on Revision #1 call for 5 Freezers. There appear to be only 4. Please clarify.
5. There is a receptacle marked B-3 15. No such circuit on panel schedule.
6. Provide conduit and conductor size for the Dishwasher.
7. New Equipment Schedule on Revision 2 calls for a 208V Dishwasher. Power is at 240V. Please provide verification that this appliance may run on 240V.
8. Provide account for the electrical load on the panel schedule for the Sign on Ckt A-38.
9. Provide fault calculations for New Sub-Panel B.
10. Provide fault current rating of New Sub-Panel B.
11. Ckt B-7,9,11 could not be on a single pole breaker.
12. Show load calculations on a phase-by-phase basis for both panels. It appears that Phase C on Panel A is overloaded. Please note that 3-phase loads must be divided by 240/(1.73), or 139V, and that single phase loads must be divided by 120, for each phase.
