1. Please account for continuous load and largest motor on Panel LAC. Note that some of the circuits on the previously sealed drawings apparently accounted for this, and others did not.
2. Since the grounding electrodes for both portions of the service are being bonded together, the sizing of the largest set of service entrance conductors shall be used for such bonding. (2) 250 = 500 kcmil, so the bonding between the existing gutter and the ground rods needs to be sized at #2 Cu, not #4.
3. Please verify that TEP will not be installing a larger transformer to accommodate the 200A in addition to the 400A. If such is the case, then the available fault current will be 55,600A at the terminals of the transformer per SR-510. This could cause Panel LAC to be installed beyond its rating.
4. Please note that since the feeders to POOL and LAP are being rerouted, the distance is longer and the "c" value is based primarily on #6, not #4.
