Comments:

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved development plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped development, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

The development plan submitted is not the last approved plan. There is a revised DP which was approved February 2007.

3. Provide a parking calculation for the entire center, showing use and square footage of all buildings and required parking for each. Provide the total required and provided number of parking spaces.

4. A tax parcel combination and covenant regarding development and use of real property are required to be completed prior to approval of this building plan. Provide copies of the tax parcel combination and covenant for review purposes. Provide on the plan the recording information (docket and page) for the covenant.

5. Revise the "Use(Zoning Code) portion on page TS1 to the correct zoning which is O3 not C2.

6. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
